Leathea Johnson , our CEO, is a friendly, compassionate person who loves children.
She is a Mother of 4 and a Wife of Christian faith.
She has graduated and received her Associates of Science Degree in Medical Assisting from City College in 2016. She Relocated to Mount Dora to pursue her passion for youth. She has 5 years of Childcare Experience which drove her to start Succeed Achieve Motivate Inc in 2020 in the mist of COVID-19.pandemic.
The dedication and drive to motivate and push our youth to greatness is what we admire and strive to match!
Asharia Dixon is our Voice for the Youth. She’s a very inspiring Leader. As a freshman at Seminole High School, she loves running track, dance, and enjoys babysitting.
Asharia plans to attend either UCF or FAMU to pursue entrepreneurship. She is the oldest of 4 siblings who look up to her.
Her pursuit of entrepreneurship shows an example of leadership and motivation for our youth to follow.
Antonio is the President of our Lego/ Robotics Club Antonio is an 8th honor student who attends Millennium Middle School. Some of his areas of interest are marine biology, playing the piano & other varies instruments, and enjoys drawing.
He is on the path to pursue a career as Professional artist. Antonio's example proves that as we encourage and motivate our youth, they will exceed our goals for them!
Let me Introduce Mrs. Ashley Kelly-Newsome. She has an Associate of Arts Degree that focuses on Business Administration that she utilizes in her own Consulting business where she thrives on being a community resource. She has been married for 11 plus years and Loves ️ being a blessing. She believes in not just treating others the way she wants to be treated but the way God says to treat them. Her career background is in Pharmacy Healthcare that spans over 10+ years from Retail to Long-term care to Specialty where she flourishes at assisting her elders and looks forward to being an additional encourager to Mentor and Motivate our Youth, Our Future, Our Legacy.
Mr. Johnson started in sales at age of 16 and has 12 years experience. He has ran a small business in San Antonio, Texas for 5 years. Mr. Johnson is committed to the youth and he wants to give back to the community by being actively involved to give guidance and direction to the young men so they can achieve their goals in life. Mr. Johnson knows what it’s like not to have a Positive male role model around growing up, so giving back to the youth is his way to make a difference in the lives of our youth.
